My Attitude toward my Sacrfice

We cannot come to God without some form of sacrifice. I know that the sacrifce for our sins was made, but doesn't God call us to give something? After we are commanded to take up our cross and follow after Him. There are many sacrifices we are supposed to make. Sometimes our attiude is bad and we are unwilling to take up our cross "daily".
